The growth of digital investment has caused financial decision-making to be increasingly influenced by emotional and psychological factors that cannot be fully explained by traditional financial theories. This study aims to analyze the influence of brain mechanisms and emotions on investors' financial decision-making in the digital era through a neurofinance perspective. The study employed a literature review method by examining relevant scientific publications and research articles published between 2021 and 2026. The findings indicate that brain regions such as the amygdala, prefrontal cortex, insula, and nucleus accumbens play important roles in risk perception, emotional regulation, and profit expectations. Emotional factors including fear, greed, overconfidence, and market-following behavior influence investment decisions, resulting in outcomes that are not always rational. Neurofinance offers a new perspective for understanding investor behavior in the digital era.
