The digital transformation of the insurance industry requires companies to implement efficient and integrated administrative systems to support operational activities. PT BRI Asuransi Indonesia has adopted digital administration in the Reinsurance and Development Operational Business (DOB) unit to improve the management of reinsurance claim documents and operational data. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital administration and its contribution to operational efficiency. The findings indicate that the integration of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, CareBRINS, and supporting applications has improved document processing efficiency, data accuracy, and interdepartmental coordination.
