This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Medan City Hall Area. In today’s competitive business environment, employee performance is a key factor in achieving organizational success, which is closely related to internal factors such as discipline, rewards, and workplace conditions. This research adopts a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables. The population of the study consists of 40 employees, all of whom were selected as respondents using a census sampling method. Data were collected through a combination of literature review and field research techniques, and processed using SPSS version 23. The results indicate that work discipline, compensation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The F-test results show that the calculated F-value exceeds the critical value, confirming the joint influence of the independent variables. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.975 suggests that 97.5% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the independent variables in this study. Based on these findings, it is recommended that company management continuously evaluate and improve compensation systems and work environment conditions, while also strengthening work discipline to enhance overall employee performance.
