Employee performance is a critical determinant of organizational effectiveness, influenced by various internal and external factors. This study investigates the effects of work discipline, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Medan City Hall Area. The research employs a quantitative method using a multiple linear regression model to assess both partial and simultaneous relationships between variables. A total of 40 employees participated in the study, selected through a census sampling technique. Data were collected through field surveys and literature review, and analyzed using SPSS version 23. The findings reveal that all independent variables—work discipline, compensation, and work environment—have a statistically significant impact on employee performance, both individually and collectively. The F-test confirms a strong simultaneous effect, while the high coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square = 0.975) indicates that the model explains the majority of performance variation. These results highlight the importance of maintaining strong work discipline, providing fair and motivating compensation, and creating a supportive work environment. It is recommended that management continuously refine human resource policies to sustain and improve employee performance levels.
