Product quality is an important factor that determines customer satisfaction and a company’s competitiveness. Endonesa Sablon, a custom t-shirt printing business, still faces quality-related issues indicated by the occurrence of defective products during the production process. This study aims to identify the production quality condition and the types of defects occurring in the t-shirt printing process at Endonesa Sablon. The research employed a case study approach through direct observation of the production process and collection of production data from January to April 2026. The results showed that out of a total production of 1,600 units, 105 units were defective, resulting in a defect rate of 6.56%. The identified defects included miss register, screen leakage, and dirty t-shirts. The findings indicate that the production process still experiences quality problems, highlighting the need for the implementation of the Seven Tools method to identify the root causes of defects and support continuous quality improvement efforts. The results of this study are expected to serve as a basis for improving product quality and reducing defect rates in the production process.
