A classic operational constraint faced by the Maintenance Center (MC) of Assa Rent is that the invoice data recapitulation process from partner workshops is still conducted manually. This leads to the absence of a centralized data repository, triggers delays in issuing the Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK Final), and generates complaints regarding payments. This study aims to examine and implement optimization strategies to improve operational administrative efficiency, thereby providing a practical contribution and guidance for the company to independently digitize its workflow in an adaptive and low-cost manner. The system development method applied is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which encompasses the phases of requirements planning, user design, and construction. Data collection techniques employed in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Assa Rent Maintenance Center from January to June 2026. The results indicate that the implementation of the AppSheet application, synchronized in real-time with Google Sheets, successfully minimized input errors and accelerated the workflow. The operational performance of PO to SPK within the current month increased significantly from 59% in January (using the manual method) to 79% in June (after implementing AppSheet). Although it has not yet fully breached the company's absolute target of 80%, this new system successfully reduced the performance gap to just 1% below the ideal target set by the company.
