The incoming inspection process at Z automotive company faces operational constraints due to a reliance on paper checksheets, which triggers risks of data loss, information gaps, weak visual traceability of Not Good (NG) components, and manual double-entry recapitulation inefficiencies prone to human error. This study aims to develop a web-based Part Inspection Management Information System using a decoupled architecture with the React.js framework on the frontend and Django on the backend. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review by applying the Agile Development methodology with the Scrum model, which operates iteratively through two-week sprint cycles to design core functional features. The system was successfully implemented with role-based access control (RBAC) for Admin, Hintan (QC), Foreman, and Manager, and features a real-time monitoring dashboard and repair photo documentation logs. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 14 multi-position respondents resulted in a feasibility percentage of 90.14%, concluding that the system is "Highly Feasible" for use. Further system enhancements are recommended to include database migration from SQLite to PostgreSQL and API integration into the company's main logistics ERP system.
