The advancement of information technology has encouraged many institutions, including schools, to shift from manual to computerized systems. At MTs Al-Iftah, the payment process for the school's tuition contribution (SPP) is still carried out manually by recording transactions in a ledger and issuing receipts, a practice prone to recording errors, data loss, and considerable time loss for both administrative staff and parents. This study aims to design and build a desktop-based SPP payment application using the Java programming language on the NetBeans IDE and a MySQL database, integrating student, teacher, and guardian data management with an SPP payment module, a savings module, and report generation into a single system. A qualitative research method was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and a literature review. The system was modeled using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), a data dictionary, and database normalization. The resulting application consists of a login module, student/teacher/guardian data modules, an SPP payment module, and four report types.
