The Solo Christian University of Technology (UKTS) Library currently lacks an integrated repository system; consequently, the management of internship reports and undergraduate theses relies on conventional methods, utilizing local storage with nested folder structures and Google Drive. This situation results in inefficient search times, a risk of data duplication, and limited independent access for users. This research aims to design and develop a web-based local repository system to serve as a platform for storing and managing internship reports and theses at the UKTS Library. The study employs the Waterfall methodology encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance with data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. The system was built using PHP and MySQL, leveraging the Bootstrap framework. System testing included Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); the UAT involved distributing a 10-question Google Form survey to 23 respondents. Black Box Testing results demonstrated that all system functions operated according to requirements, while UAT results yielded an average score of 85%, placing the system in the "Very Good" category. Thus, the repository system is ready for implementation and is expected to provide a solution for the digital management, storage, and dissemination of academic reports, enabling users to independently search for, read, and download internship reports and theses.
