Café D'Rasa currently employs conventional methods for ordering and transaction recording, leading to frequent data discrepancies between the cashier and the kitchen, as well as long payment queues during peak hours; these issues result in inefficient customer service and a higher risk of order fulfillment errors. This study aims to design a website-based order management system integrated with a payment gateway for Café D'Rasa. The goal is to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of ordering and payment processes while synchronizing order data between the cashier and the kitchen in real-time. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, proceeding systematically and sequentially through the following stages: requirements analysis (via observation, interviews, and literature review); system design (utilizing flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams, and Unified Modeling Language); implementation (using PHP and MySQL); and integration and testing (employing Black Box Testing to ensure that every feature produces the expected output based on defined scenariosTest results indicate that all scenarios—ranging from login/logout and the management of products, categories, discounts, customers, income, expenses, VAT, and sales reports to the ordering and payment processes—function exactly as designed. The resulting system has proven to accelerate transactions, minimize inter-departmental data errors, and improve the security and efficiency of order management through payment gateway integration.
