<![CDATA[The administration of Security Clearance applications and restricted access ID Card issuance in airport environments currently faces significant operational obstacles due to conventional procedures relying on manual paper forms and physical archives. These real-world challenges include high risks of applicant data inaccuracies, prolonged file verification workflows across airport personnel, a lack of real-time application status tracking visibility, and vulnerable monitoring of credential expiration dates that potentially create security gaps within vital airport zones. This research aims to design and develop an integrated web-based Security Clearance and airport ID Card management information system to automate administrative workflows and enforce rigorous security access compliance. The software development methodology employed is the Agile Scrum framework executed across three structured sprint cycles, incorporating requirements analysis, centralized business rules enforcement, functional validation via Black Box Testing, and role-based access control implemented using Python and the Flask framework. The research results demonstrate that this integrated web system successfully automates the entire sequence of employee registration, application filing, document uploading, hierarchical administrative verification, and active credential lifecycle monitoring. Comprehensive Black Box Testing across all functional and security scenarios achieved a one hundred percent pass rate, proving that the system effectively minimizes bureaucratic delays, prevents employee record duplication, and significantly enhances administrative transparency, data integrity, and airport operational processing efficiency.]]>
