<![CDATA[The process of recording and preparing business development reports for savings and loan cooperatives in Ende Regency is still carried out manually using documents and Microsoft Excel. This process causes repetitive data processing, delays in report preparation, recording errors, and data inconsistencies. It also makes it difficult for the Ende Regency Cooperative and SME Office to monitor the development of cooperatives effectively. This study aims to develop a web-based information system for managing business development reports of savings and loan cooperatives in Ende Regency to support more structured and integrated reporting. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation and interviews, while data analysis was conducted descriptively based on the information obtained from the research activities. System testing used Black Box Testing to determine whether each system function operated according to the specified requirements. The results show that the developed system provides features that enable cooperative administrators to input business development data, while administrators of the Cooperative and SME Office can verify, manage, and compile reports in an integrated manner. The testing results indicate that the main system functions operate according to the design. Therefore, the system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of report management, accelerate information presentation, and support the monitoring of cooperative business development.]]>
