<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the synergistic relationship between human learning media, represented by the role of the coach, and environmental learning media, represented by modified training facilities, on shooting accuracy among youth football players at SSB YF13. A quantitative correlational design was employed. Data were collected using questionnaires to assess the quality of instructional media and a six-zone integrated shooting accuracy test to measure performance among athletes aged 13–15 years. The results indicate a significant positive relationship between human and environmental learning media, both partially and simultaneously, with shooting accuracy. Mean accuracy scores were higher in static ball conditions (80.5) compared to dynamic ball conditions (64.5), suggesting increased cognitive and coordinative demands during dynamic play situations. Further analysis revealed that coaching instructions emphasizing biomechanical principles, combined with the use of specific visual targets as environmental stimuli, played a substantial role in improving technical stability and consistency. The coefficient of determination (R²) showed that the interaction between these two learning media accounted for approximately 60–70% of the variance in shooting accuracy. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing an integrated learning ecosystem that combines effective coaching guidance with appropriate environmental stimulation to enhance technical performance in junior football athletes.]]>
