This study was motivated by the low learning motivation of sixth-grade students in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning at SD Negeri 46 Lubuk Linggau. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the implementation of small games and ice-breaking activities could improve students' learning motivation in PJOK. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consisted of four stages: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 27 sixth-grade students of SD Negeri 46 Lubuk Linggau. The research was conducted in two cycles. Data were collected through observation sheets and analyzed descriptively. The findings showed that the implementation of small games and ice-breaking activities increased students' learning motivation in PJOK. The improvement was evident from the observation results obtained in Cycle I and Cycle II, indicating that the learning activities became more engaging, enjoyable, and motivating for students. Therefore, the application of small games and ice-breaking activities can be considered an effective strategy to enhance students' learning motivation in PJOK learning.
