<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the analysis of financial statements in measuring financial performance at PT Netkrom Solusindo for the period 2017 – 2021 using trend analysis, at PT Netkrom Solusindo. The analysis technique in this study uses observation techniques where data collection comes from ratio data which includes balance sheet statements and income statements. The method used in this study is quantitative method with descriptive statistical data analysis. Based on the results of the research obtained, it is stated that the financial performance of PT Netkrom Solusindo in 2020 still experienced an increase in the company's revenue and net profit, but there was a very significant increase in operational costs caused by immature planning so that in 2021 there was a decrease in revenue and in the company's net profit. To overcome these problems, PT Netkrom Solusindo has efforts to reduce operational costs which include setting targets that must be achieved by the sales team, punishment for sales that are not achive targets, increasing the variety of retail products, training carried out online and approaches with SIMRS clients via zoom.
