Abstract

The Community Service activity was motivated by the problem of recording orders and managing queue numbers, which were still manual and therefore lacked structure. This problem resulted in chaos when many customers wanted to get the earliest queue number. Therefore, this activity aimed to help partners overcome this problem by developing and implementing a cashier application that could record transactions, store sales reports, and generate receipts as proof of marking queue numbers and orders. The method of implementation was carried out through direct practice of using the cashier application to partners through an introduction to the features in the application, transaction simulations, printing receipts, and automatically generating daily transaction reports. This application is expected to help the customer service process become faster and more organized, and business owners can more easily monitor the development of their business. The results of the activity improved the structure of queue management and order recording by 80%, thus simplifying the service process.
