<![CDATA[The rapid development of technology brings opportunities and challenges in the education sector. Schools are encouraged to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly Generative AI such as ChatGPT, to support students in preparing job application documents, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) friendly Curriculum Vitae (CV). This community service activity aimed to introduce and implement the use of ChatGPT for creating ATS friendly CVs for grade XII students at SMK PGRI Kota Tegal. The activity involved 30 participants consisting of 27 students, one operator, and two teachers. The implementation methods included presentation, hands-on practice, and mentoring sessions. The results showed that more than 94.1 percent of participants were able to understand and use ChatGPT to assist in creating ATS friendly CVs. This activity indicates that the utilization of Generative AI can improve students readiness in facing employment preparation.]]>
