<![CDATA[Currently, the digital world is part of people's lives. The use of social media provides many positive things, but many potential crimes will have an impact on users' losses. For this reason, the public needs to be educated on digital data security and the skills to protect and maintain the privacy of their digital data. This community service activity (PkM) is an effort to provide education and the ability for the community to protect digital data. Community service activities took the form of training with 30 tourism village administrators from five villages in the City of Waingapu, East Sumba. The approach used is a participatory and experiential learning approach with discussion, brainstorming, and storytelling learning techniques. This activity can provide information and increase participants' knowledge about digital data security and protection. Participants are also able to protect their email and social media accounts. Through this activity, the training participants can formulate a joint code of ethics as a good practice in social media.]]>
