<![CDATA[Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers have an important and crucial role in optimizing the growth and development of students so that knowledge and understanding of early developmental screening (EDS) is an obligation that must be mastered by educators. ECE Uswatun Khasanah located in Nogotirto Village, Gamping Sleman District has been established since 2019 but has not yet carried out early detection of growth and development activities this happens because ECE teachers are not yet competent to carry out this activity. The purpose of this service is to increase the capacity of ECE teachers in stimulating the growth and development of toddlers. The implementation method includes a learning contract, pre-test, theory presentation, practice, practice evaluation, and post-test. The results of the service are an increase in teacher knowledge by 30 points and an increase in EDS skills as evidenced by teachers being able to monitor growth (monitor height and weight) and interpret the results in a table/ growth curve. In developmental screening, EDS teachers can conduct developmental pre-screening questionnaire tests on students, interpret and provide growth and development stimulation advice to parents/guardians. EDS training for ECE teachers is effective in improving knowledge and skills in stimulating students' growth and development.]]>
