<![CDATA[Plastic waste poses a serious threat to environmental sustainability, including in Babau Village, Kupang. The solution offered in this Community Service Program (PkM) is to implement an empowerment model based on education and training in eco-brick production skills. The goal is to transform plastic waste from a discarded material into a useful resource, while simultaneously enhancing community capacity. The program was implemented in three main phases: preparation, execution (education and training), and evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' cognitive (knowledge) and psychomotor (skills) aspects. Over 35 eco-bricks were successfully produced and assembled into useful products, which also serve as tangible evidence of the program's success. This program concludes that the integration of environmental knowledge and creative skills in waste management can build community self-reliance and have a tangible impact on reducing plastic waste in the environment. The success of this model recommends its adoption in other regions with similar problems.]]>
