<![CDATA[This activity aims to educate elementary school students about the prevention of sexual violence through play-based and singing activities tailored to children’s developmental characteristics. The outreach was conducted at MI Tahfudzul Qur’an Al-Azhar, involving 47 fifth- and sixth-grade students. The methods used were educational and participatory, utilizing visual aids, games about appropriate and inappropriate touch, educational songs, and simulations on how to refuse and report if faced with an unsafe situation. This approach was designed so that sensitive material could be conveyed in an enjoyable, easy-to-understand, and age-appropriate manner. The results of the activity showed that the majority of students were able to identify private body parts that must be protected, distinguish between safe and unsafe touch, and understand the actions needed when experiencing inappropriate behavior. Students also demonstrated greater courage to say no, move away, and report incidents to a trusted adult. This activity makes an important contribution as a preventive measure in building children’s awareness and resilience against sexual violence from an early age. Furthermore, a play- and song-based educational model can serve as an effective, child-friendly, and easily implementable alternative strategy for child protection education in elementary school settings.]]>
