<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the development strategy of tourism based on the history of Prince Diponegoro in the buffer zone of Goa Selarong tourism through the implementation of Sustainable Tourism with a Participatory Ergonomics approach. The research method used is the Community Based Research (CBR) approach through observation, interviews, fatigue level measurement, International Labor Organization (ILO) checksheet analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that Goa Selarong has the potential for historical and cultural tourism supported by the historical value of Prince Diponegoro and the potential of local community businesses, as well as support from the government and universities. However, this tourism still has several weaknesses such as poorly maintained infrastructure, suboptimal human resource management, inadequate access to tourism, and a non-ergonomic layout. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the position of Goa Selarong tourism development is in the W-T quadrant (Weaknesses-Threaths), so the development strategy is focused on minimizing internal weaknesses and external threats by implementing Sustainable Tourism with a Participatory Ergonomics approach.
