This research aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover on profitability, to find out the effect of liquidity on profitability, to find out the effect of solvency on profitability, to find out the effect of company size on profitability, to find out whether company size moderates the effect of working capital turnover on profitability, to find out whether Company size moderates the effect of liquidity on profitability, to find out whether company size moderates the effect of solvency on profitability in Property & Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. The population in this study was 81 companies and the sample in this study was 49 companies with 5 years of research and a total of 245 data obtained. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and MRA. The research results show that working capital turnover and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability, solvency has no effect on profitability, company size does not moderate the influence of working capital turnover, liquidity and solvency on profitability in Property & Real Estate Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
