<![CDATA[Law enforcement against narcotics crimes has been widely carried out by law enforcers and has received many judge's decisions. Thus, it is hoped that law enforcement will be able to act as a deterrent to the spread of illicit trade and the distribution of narcotics. In the narcotics case with case number 1392/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Mdn, this case is related to methamphetamine drugs which are often called methamphetamine by ordinary people. The charges from Article 114 paragraph (1) of Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics has been fulfilled, namely that the criminal act was committed without right or against the law of possessing, storing, controlling or providing Class 1 (one) narcotics in non-plant form in the form of 2 (two) packs of methamphetamine-type narcotics wrapped in plastic Clip translucent clear weighing 2 (two) grams net. The judge's decision is the culmination of a case that is being examined and tried by the judge. Therefore, of course the judge making a decision must pay attention to all aspects therein, starting from the need for caution, avoiding as little as possible inaccuracy, both formal and material, to having technical skills in making it.]]>
