<![CDATA[This research aims to explore policy innovations in poverty alleviation by drawing lessons from policy practices implemented in the city of Bima. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Social Services Office of Bima City and the Regional Statistics Agency of Bima City. The discussion begins by detailing the concept of policy innovation in the context of Bima City, considering the uniqueness of local social, economic, and cultural conditions. The importance of community participation, active involvement of youth, and collaboration between the public and private sectors are highlighted. In addition, financial inclusion strategies, technological utilization, and data-driven approaches are proposed as key elements to be implemented in designing more effective policies. The results of the evaluation of existing policies, along with the proposed future agenda, provide a comprehensive view of poverty alleviation efforts in Bima City. Thus, this research contributes to the practical and theoretical understanding of how to enhance the effectiveness of poverty alleviation policies by integrating innovation and valuable lessons from policy practices at the local level.]]>
