<![CDATA[Sharia banking is a banking system based on Islamic principles or Islamic law. Sharia banks operate based on the contents of the Qur'an and hadith. As a financial institution that operates based on sharia principles, sharia banks have also adopted digital banking services to provide ease and quick access for their customers. In creating banking technology such as mobile banking, it is important for banks to prioritize customer protection, especially regarding customer data security. In some cases, hacker attacks can cause disruption to digital services in banks. Sharia banks are also vulnerable to cyberattacks by hackers that can disrupt their digital services.. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Cyber Crime on customers' interest using Bank Syariah Indonesia's mobile banking on the people of Pekanbaru city. Using quantitative research methods, the population in this study is the people of Pekanbaru city who use mobile banking of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The results of this study show that Cybercrime has a significant and positive effect on customer interest using mobile banking bank syariah indonesia,which is indicated by a coefficient determination test (R2). Analysis shows that cybercrime has an effect of 0.490 or 49.0% on customer interest using mobile banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia.]]>
