he problem of inconsistent breast milk supply frequently affects postpartum mothers and can impact the effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding. Breast milk production and secretion are influenced by physiological and psychological factors, as well as family support during the postpartum period. Oxytocin massage is a complementary therapy that can enhance milk ejection by stimulating the milk ejection reflex and promoting relaxation. This study aimed to examine the factors associated with the use of oxytocin massage on breast milk production among postpartum mothers on days 4–10 at the Amuntai Selatan Health Center. An observational analytic study using a cross-sectional approach was conducted from February to May 2026. The sample consisted of 40 postpartum mothers selected through purposive sampling. The independent variables were age, knowledge, education level, occupation, spousal support, and number of children, while the dependent variable was the implementation of oxytocin massage on breast milk production. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square test with a significance level of p<0.05. The results showed significant associations between age, knowledge, education, spousal support, and number of children and the use of oxytocin massage (p<0.05), while occupation was not significantly associated (p>0.05). Spousal support was the primary influencing factor.
