The low learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at MI Miftahul Huda Ngasem, Malang Regency, were caused by conventional teaching methods and the limited use of innovative learning media, resulting in students being passive and less enthusiastic during learning activities. This study aims to describe the implementation of Discovery Learning assisted by the interactive media Educaplay in improving student learning outcomes on the topic of changes in the states of matter. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design based on the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model, conducted in two cycles, each comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection stages, with 32 fourth-grade students as subjects. Data were collected through cognitive tests, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed a significant improvement: the pre-cycle completion rate was only 24% (7 students), increasing to 47% (15 students) in Cycle I, and reaching 81% (26 students) in Cycle II with an average score of 85.33. This study has limitations in terms of subject coverage, involving only one class in a single school, and implementation across only two cycles, so the results cannot be broadly generalized; further research is recommended to expand the subject scope to multiple schools and examine the consistency of learning outcomes over a longer period. Thus, Discovery Learning based on the interactive media Educaplay is proven effective in improving fourth-grade students' learning outcomes in IPAS.
