<![CDATA[The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various fields, including human resource management at PT Kalingga Prima Bangun Setia, a construction and property development company in Bekasi City. The manual process of recruiting new employees is a major challenge, as it results in low efficiency and is prone to errors. To address this issue, this study proposes the development of a decision support system based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using JAVA Netbeans. This system aims to optimize the employee selection process by applying more standardized and professional criteria while also enhancing HRD's role in ensuring more accurate and efficient decisions. The implementation of this system is also expected to replace manual data archiving methods, speed up information access, and reduce data processing errors, thereby supporting the company's sustainability and success amid global competition.]]>
