<![CDATA[A Web-Based Information System for Monitoring and Evaluating Teaching Activities at Ugyehek State Elementary School 23. At Ugyehek State Elementary School 23, the process of monitoring teaching activities is still carried out conventionally, which often results in information bottlenecks, a lack of accuracy, and the complexity of teacher performance evaluations. The research conducted is useful for designing and developing technology and innovations that can be used to monitor teachers’ teaching activities efficiently, accurately, and in an integrated manner. The Waterfall method was selected for system development, comprising the planning, analysis, design, coding, and testing phases. This project was built using the PHP platform and a database for data management. Test results show that the system is capable of recording teachers’ schedules and teaching activity reports, displaying summary data, which can be accessed by the school principal and relevant parties. Through this application, monitoring of teaching activities can be effective, transparent, and well-documented.]]>
