<![CDATA[Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia has implemented various information systems, but their utilization has not been optimal due to the lack of integration of some systems, informal governance, and the absence of strategic planning that aligns the IS/IT portfolio with institutional objectives. This study aims to design a strategic IS/IT planning at the faculty level to support alignment between the IS/IT portfolio and business strategy. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with the Ward and Peppard method supported by Value Chain Analysis, Critical Success Factors, PEST, SWOT, and McFarlan's Strategic Grid. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires, observations, and document studies. The results showed that the current portfolio consists of 17 systems dominated by the Key Operational and Support quadrants, while the Strategic quadrant contains only one system. Based on the analysis, an IS business strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management strategy were formulated, resulting in a future application portfolio containing 18 systems. Recommendations focused on developing existing systems, adding one new system, and utilizing generative artificial intelligence trends in external environmental analysis. All recommendations were compiled in a development roadmap that aligns with the faculty's strategic plan. Further research is recommended to implement the roadmap and measure its alignment and success, and expand the scope of planning to university or interfaculty levels.]]>
