<![CDATA[Employee performance evaluations at Segara Travel Domestik in Depok are still conducted manually, resulting in a process that tends to be slow, poorly documented, and potentially subject to subjective judgment. This study aims to design a decision support system to assist management in ranking employees based on measurable criteria. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which involves the following stages: hierarchy construction, pairwise comparison, matrix normalization, priority weight calculation, and consistency testing. The evaluation criteria consist of loyalty, cooperation, discipline, and performance. System requirements data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while priority processing was performed quantitatively using AHP. The system was developed using Java NetBeans and a MySQL database. Test results showed that the comparison matrix had a Consistency Ratio (CR) of 0.01—or less than 0.10—meaning the criterion weights are valid for use. The developed system produces structured and documented employee rankings, serving as a management tool to aid in performance evaluation decision-making.]]>
