This study aims to analyze the relationship between mathematics learning and Islamic values. The research uses qualitative method with literature study. The source of data is secondary data obtained from the Qur'an, hadith, and recent research. The results showed that mathematics learning has a relationship with Islamic values as evidenced by the Qur'an which contains several mathematical concepts such as addition, multiplication, and others that can be related to learning so that a Muslim not only needs to explore his religion, but also needs to develop an understanding of mathematics learning.
