In the Islamic religion, clothing is very crucial and its use is strictly regulated. Especially women, where clothes are a very valuable crown to maintain their honor and dignity. Islam highly values ​​a woman's honor, so Allah SWT told women to dress privately to avoid bad acts that can occur when women reveal their private parts. This article aims to look more deeply into the use and laws of wearing sportswear, where there is debate and overlapping laws in its implementation, considering that a good Muslim is a Muslim who can maintain his health and fitness.
