<![CDATA[Swimming is one of the highly recommended sports in Islam because, in addition to providing physical benefits, it also has deep spiritual values. This research aims to explore the recommendation of swimming in Islam, the evidences supporting it, the benefits and wisdom behind this recommendation, and its implementation as a form of worship and practice of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in daily life. This qualitative study uses a descriptive method through library research to explore the phenomenon of the recommendation of swimming by the Prophet Muhammad SAW based on relevant literature and Islamic sources. Data sources include reliable Islamic literature such as the Qur'an, Hadiths related to sports and swimming, Islamic books from scholars and experts, scientific journals and research on the benefits of swimming, and other relevant literature. Data collection techniques include textual analysis of the Qur'anic verses and Hadith texts related to swimming, as well as library research exploring various literature sources. The data is then analyzed by reducing it, presenting it in a systematic description or narrative, interpreting and interpreting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that swimming is not only a physical exercise but also a way to enlighten the soul and live by Islamic teachings.]]>
