<![CDATA[Cadaver law in Islam is an important issue in the context of medical education and body donation. With advances in organ transplantation technology, ethical and legal debates about cadaver donation have intensified. This research explores Islamic views on the use of cadavers through analysis of Qur'anic and Hadith texts and a review of relevant literature. There are two main views among scholars: the permissive view and the prohibitive view. The permissible view emphasizes the principles of maslahat and helping as long as it does not harm the life of the donor and without financial reward. In contrast, the prohibitionist view emphasizes the honour of the human body and health risks, and stresses that the body is a trust of Allah SWT. The research also highlights the importance of interfaith dialogue to reach consensus on this issue. The findings provide a deep insight into the ethical and legal challenges Muslims face in dealing with the issue of cadaver use in the modern era.]]>
