The onset of menstruation is one of the puberties experienced by teenage girls. Menstruation refers to the cyclical, periodic bleeding that originates in the uterus and exits through the vagina as part of the monthly cycle. Up until now, a lot of people have disregarded the need of maintaining good health and hygiene during menstruation. One of the many beliefs regarding the restrictions placed on women who are menstruating is that they are not permitted to wash their hair during that time. In actuality, it's critical to maintain good personal cleanliness, including hair hygiene, and physical wellness. Determining how Islamic law interprets the ban against shampooing for women who are menstruation is the aim of this study. This kind of research is descriptive in character and is conducted in the field. Data were gathered by interview techniques and some documentation; these were then reported in a descriptive manner, and an analysis using inductive reasoning was done. Shampooing is prohibited due to the possibility of hair loss. Consequently, they wait for the sacred time to arrive and refrain from shampooing while they are menstruating. In the framework of Sadd Ad-Dhariyyah, shampooing a woman during her menstruation is permissible as long as it isn't done to conceal her period so she can engage in acts of worship like fasting or required prayers that need to be completed on a different day.
