This research aims to explore the interest of customers towards usury-free financial products in sharia banks in Banjarmasin. Using a qualitative approach, this research involves in-depth interviews with some Islamic bank customers. Research results show that the main motivation of customers to choose a sharia bank is the desire to avoid usury. In addition, knowledge of sharia financial products also contributes significantly to the interest of customers. Positive perception of the service and reputation of Islamic banks also affects customer decisions. This research is expected to provide insight for the development of marketing strategies and education of sharia financial products, so that it can increase customer interest in these products.
