ISOAM's (Social Bonds and Community Advocacy) view of women's leadership in realizing civil society in Indonesia emphasizes the important role of women in the process of social, economic and political development. It is considered important for women's leadership to create policies that are more inclusive and meet the needs of society. Women leaders are expected to convey different perspectives, support gender justice, and improve community welfare through a collaborative and participatory approach. ISOAM helps women become more capable through training and education, and supports women's rights in leadership structures. ISOAM believes that a sustainable and harmonious civil society can be achieved in Indonesia by implementing the vision of women's leadership. This article aims to collect Islamic views on women's leadership in the formation of civil society in Indonesia and conduct a critical evaluation of women's leadership so that the Indonesian nation has Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. from Sabang to Merauke can understand it.
