<![CDATA[Every human being on this earth is truly a leader and will be held accountable for his leadership. In this case, the leader in question is someone who has superiority or advantages and is chosen by the community to be the head of power or leadership within that community. In Islam, the criteria and role of a leader are also explained. However, nowadays many people do not understand or even care when choosing leaders in their environment, which causes poor leaders to be chosen. As a result, many other communities feel the negative impacts of being led by such a bad leader. This research examines the importance of choosing good and correct leaders. This research uses qualitative methods and literature study. The aim of this research is to understand the criteria for leaders according to the Islamic religion and to be able to implement them to choose good and correct leaders in everyday life. The results show that the election of a good and true leader can bring prosperity and happiness to society.]]>
