This research discusses identity crisis from the perspective of Islamic Psychology in the context of self-discovery. Identity crisis is often experienced by individuals when facing life transitions or social pressures, causing self-uncertainty and loss of direction. The aim of this study is to comprehend how Islamic psychology emphasises Islamic ideals and a spiritual relationship with God to assist people in overcoming identity crises. A literature review is the technique employed, gathering information from numerous books, journals, and related literature. The results showed that Islamic Psychology provides a view that self-discovery is not only a psychological process but also a spiritual journey that strengthens individuals' awareness of their role as servants of God. With an approach that prioritizes moral principles and Islamic values, individuals can form a stronger and more meaningful identity in facing life's challenges.
