Teenagers often face a variety of pressures and challenges that can impact their mental health, including stress, anxiety and identity crises. In facing this situation, spiritual values in Islam, especially faith and trust, can be a strong foundation for building healthy mental resilience. This article discusses how belief in Allah (iman) and an attitude of surrender to Him (tawakal) can help teenagers maintain emotional balance, manage stress, and increase courage to face various life tests. Through a deep understanding of the concepts of faith and trust, teenagers are expected to be able to build strong self-resilience and gain peace of mind amidst the dynamic flow of life. This research also examines the psychological benefits of applying Islamic teachings in daily life as a preventive approach to psychological problems.
