Modernization, globalization, and technological advancements have made human life easier. However, these changes have also given rise to issues such as a moral crisis, increasing materialism, a loss of spiritual identity, and a decline in social connections. This study employs a qualitative approach and utilizes a library research method. To achieve its objective, the study analyzes literature regarding Tasawwuf (Sufism) and its application in modern life. The findings indicate that Tasawwuf values such as zuhud (asceticism/detachment from the worldly), ikhlas (sincerity), sabar (patience), syukur (gratitude), tawakal (reliance on God), muraqabah (spiritual vigilance), muhasabah (self-reflection), and tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul)—are instrumental in shaping character, curbing materialistic tendencies, improving mental health, and strengthening the individual's relationship with Allah SWT and fellow human beings. In the face of the increasingly complex challenges posed by the digital era, globalization, and social change, the implementation of these values can serve as an ethical foundation. Consequently, Tasawwuf is viewed not merely as a spiritual teaching practiced individually, but as a life paradigm capable of balancing an individual's material and spiritual needs, thereby fostering a life that is harmonious, peaceful, and meaningful.
