The findings revealed significant improvements in environmental, health, and social aspects. Household waste volume decreased by approximately 20% per month, drainage systems in three main village areas were restored, and community participation increased from 65% to 85% within three months. In terms of health, diarrhea cases declined by 30% compared to the previous month. Socially, the program strengthened community solidarity through mutual cooperation. Therefore, Jumsihat proves to be more than a routine cleaning activity; it serves as a preventive health instrument, a medium of social education, and a sustainable development model based on community participation.
