Based on the researcher's observations, bullying persists in elementary school settings, evidenced by behaviors such as mutual teasing, social exclusion, and other actions that affect social relationships among students. This situation indicates a need to enhance students' understanding and empathy regarding the forms, consequences, and prevention of bullying to foster a safe and comfortable school environment. This community service initiative aims to increase students' understanding and empathy regarding bullying prevention through an educational and participatory approach. The study employed Participatory Action Research (PAR), actively involving students in awareness-raising activities, material delivery, discussions, and evaluations concerning bullying behavior. The program provided students with insights into the definition, forms, and consequences of bullying, as well as prevention strategies within the school environment. Results indicate an increase in students' knowledge and the cultivation of attitudes characterized by care, mutual appreciation, and respect among peers. Thus, anti-bullying awareness initiatives utilizing the PAR method serve as a positive measure to enhance student empathy and establish a school environment that is safe, comfortable, and free from bullying.
