This study examines the role of Islamic Education teachers in shaping the noble character (akhlakul karimah) of fourth-grade students at SDN Kalipang I. Character formation begins early through family, school, and environmental education. This study employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed descriptively. The results show that Islamic Education teachers act as mentors, role models, and counselors in instilling morals towards oneself, others, and the environment. Teachers implement habituation practices such as praying at the beginning of lessons, performing Dhuha prayer, and congregational Dhuhur prayer, as well as providing advice to students with behavioral issues. The obstacles encountered include lack of parental attention, low student awareness of religious activities, negative peer and technological influences, and lack of cooperation among subject teachers. Overall, Islamic Education teachers play a crucial role in shaping the Islamic character and morals of students.
