To design a decision support system, a calculation method is needed that is used to solve problems with many criteria. One of the calculation methods used is the Technique For Others References By Simillarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The basic concept of the TOPSIS method is based on the concept that the best alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also has the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution, thus the TOPSIS method is very suitable for calculating the determination of prospective Refinancing recipients. The results of this built decision support system can produce more objective decisions. Resulted in 6 accepted and 4 rejected customers which can be used as a recommendation for determination to PT.
