This study examines the role of Yoga Asanas practice in stimulating the development of religious character. Yoga, as a practice that combines physical and spiritual aspects, is believed to greatly contribute to shaping a person's moral and ethical values. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the correlation between the practice of Yoga Asanas and the development of religious character, as well as how this practice can be a means of self-reflection and reinforcement of spiritual values. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a literature review method. The data collected was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to understand the relationship between Yoga Asanas and the strengthening of religious character. The results of the study show that the practice of Yoga Asanas not only provides benefits for physical health, but also contributes to increased spiritual awareness, self-discipline, and inner peace. Regular practice helps individuals become more connected to their religious values through meditation, concentration, and self-control. In addition, the practice of Yoga Asanas also creates a balance between body and mind, which supports a person in living life more wisely and consciously. Thus, Yoga Asanas can be an effective instrument in building religious character, deepening spiritual understanding and improving one's moral and ethical qualities in daily life.
