This study aimed to determine the effect of Biosaka application at different concentration levels on the growth and yield of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) and to identify the concentration that produced the highest response under the conditions of this study. The experiment was conducted using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four Biosaka concentrations: 0 mL L⁻¹ (P0), 10 mL L⁻¹ (P1), 15 mL L⁻¹ (P2), and 20 mL L⁻¹ (P3), each replicated three times. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, and fruit weight. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), followed by the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at the 5% significance level for parameters showing significant treatment effects. The results showed that Biosaka application produced different responses in several growth and yield parameters of cucumber plants. The P1 treatment (10 mL L⁻¹) resulted in the highest mean plant height (159.91 cm), number of fruits in the first harvest (17.67 fruits per plot), number of fruits in the second harvest (9.00 fruits per plot), fruit weight in the first harvest (2,005.00 g per plot), and fruit weight in the second harvest (1,415.67 g per plot). The LSD test indicated that P1 differed significantly from several other treatments for parameters that showed significant effects. It can be concluded that, within the range of concentrations tested, Biosaka at 10 mL L⁻¹ produced the highest average growth and yield of cucumber under the conditions of this study.
