Grande multigravida complicated by gestational hypertension is considered a very high-risk pregnancy because it significantly increases the likelihood of preeclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, and adverse maternal and perinatal outcomes. Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa) tea has been suggested as a complementary non-pharmacological intervention for blood pressure control. This case report describes comprehensive midwifery care provided to a 36-year-old woman (G10P90009) at 35–36 weeks of gestation with gestational hypertension at TPMB Ny. I. Midwifery management followed a comprehensive care approach, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation using the SOAP format. Interventions consisted of health education, maternal and fetal monitoring, antihypertensive medication, a low-sodium diet, and daily consumption of roselle tea for seven consecutive days.
